Remedial and Corrective Exercise Training

This session will allow patients the opportunity to discuss their remedial and selfcare exercises provided to ensure that there is postural balance and pain free functional movement.

The intention is to discuss the exercises, demonstrate them and correct any postural/form imbalances. Modifications can be provided to ensure safety and comfort.

Weights, resistance bands and a yoga mat will also be provided. Patients are encouraged to bring their own items, should that be more comfortable.

Please come dressed in comfortable clothing to be able to move freely.
